Visiting West Plains

We took Tate down to visit Grandma and Grandpa Wahlquist in West Plains, MO June 15-17. We drove down to Mammoth Springs, Arkansas to see their new aquarium and to feed the ducks at the spring. Well, the new aquarium wasn't open yet, so we visited the old one which is basically 6-7 small tanks of fish. Not impressive, but Tate liked it. Then we went to feed the ducks, but they were full from the people right before us. We did get to feed a muskrat that was swimming around and a couple of the ducks nibbled our bread. Tate wasn't too interested in throwing in the bread anyways. He really just wanted to run around and be crazy. So we let him. I love that it's so easy to entertain a toddler! Here's some pics from our trip.

 Good throw!

 The spring is so pretty!
AJ's dad used to go swimming in it as a child. Apparently it's REALLY cold!
